About the Assessment Roll:

The Assessment Roll is produced annually and contains information on all parcels in the Town of Ogden and Village of Spencerport. The Tentative Assessment Roll is filed on May 1st; the Final Assessment Roll is filed on July 1st.

Information contained in the Assessment Roll is, but not limited to, owner information, exemption information, parcel size, land and total assessed value, taxable assessment and special districts.

Helpful Hint! If you select Ctrl + F while in the Assessment Roll, it will bring up a search box in the upper right corner just below the toolbar. This feature allows you to search the Assessment Roll by Name, Address or Parcel ID number. Simply type in a word and hit Enter.
